Job Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, targeting outpatient medical practices and clinics. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will play a key role in CureMD's growth by identifying and qualifying potential new clients who could benefit from our industry-leading healthcare solutions.
Job Responsibilities:- Build a pipeline of new sales opportunities through lead qualification.
- Represent CureMD's comprehensive healthcare IT products and services, using your knowledge of industry challenges to demonstrate how our solutions meet the needs of outpatient practices.
- Generate and qualify new leads by nurturing warm prospects and identifying potential new sales opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in the outpatient healthcare market and set up meetings or calls with CureMD's senior sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead-generation strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Follow up on marketing leads quickly and thoroughly.
- Leverage CRM tools to track prospect activity, manage lead pipeline, and provide detailed feedback on lead generation efforts.
- Understand the specific needs of healthcare providers, and suggest appropriate CureMD solutions (PM, EMR, RCM, and Patient Engagement).
- Consistently report progress to the sales manager, providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights on lead generation and qualification performance.
Qualifications:- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales, business development, or SDR role, preferably within healthcare IT or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, IT) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage decision-makers in the medical industry via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Comfortable working with CRM software, particularly HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions such as EMR, Practice Management, or RCM software is a plus.
- Strong desire to grow within a sales organization, with opportunities for promotion to Account Executive or beyond.
Compensation and Benefits:- Salary range $60,000-$65,000 base salary plus commission.
