Sales Development RepresentativeThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in lead generation and appointment setting within the marketing department. This role involves extensive phone outreach, email campaigns, and potential texting to generate and qualify leads. The SDR should be highly detailed, articulate, and thorough, with the potential to grow into a sales role.
