Sales Director (Full Time) - The Madison Senior Living : Job Details

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Senior Living Director to join our team at The Madison Senior Living located at 14001 Madison Ave. Kansas City, Missouri 64145. We are committed to providing a home-like environment for both residents and team members.

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Starting Salary: $55,000

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, alternating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Develop close relationships to support potential residents and families in tough conversations about next-step solutions through empathy and understanding.
• Help leads and families problem-solve by shedding light on potential opportunities as they select the senior living option that suits their particular needs.
• Drive knowledge and management of gross and net gains in community occupancy through awareness of move-ins, move-outs, and shifting vacancies.
• Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills.
• Must be criminally cleared.
