• Lead an experienced high-performance team of Account Managers & Sales Assistants supporting our regional customers in the dietary supplements, medical nutrition, early life nutrition, nutrition improvement and pharmaceutical segments
• Establish sales objectives and develop annual sales targets for regions and territories
• Grow the opportunity pipeline with current and new customer base
• Focus on customer needs and drive the success of the team

This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working model, spending 2 days per week in office and the balance of the work week in a home office that is commutable by car to Princeton, NJ.We bring:

You Bring:

• Minimum 10 years-experience with sales, product management and/or marketing experience required with nutritional ingredients experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership required
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large number of people in a diversity of locations
• Strong organizational skills with success in business development and sales growth
• Ability to mentor and coach people
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
