  • Competitive Compensation! 100K Base + 7.5% Commission, With the potential of First-Year Earnings Range from $225,000 to $275,000.

  • What We Are Looking For

    The DanceOne team is seeking a personable and experienced Sales Director.

    In This Role, You Will
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Set measurable sales targets and objectives, identifying opportunities for market penetration and expansion into new territories.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and adapt plans accordingly.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within targeted dance studios, including owners, directors, and instructors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and events teams, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives and messaging.
  • Utilize insights from market analysis to tailor sales presentations and demonstrations that resonate with prospective clients' interests and preferences.
  • Showcase DanceOne's value proposition through compelling presentations, highlighting industry trends, success stories, and case studies.
  • Utilize market data and statistics to substantiate claims and address potential objections during sales interactions, demonstrating the unique benefits of partnering with DanceOne.
  • Analyze pricing models, competitor offerings, and industry benchmarks to develop competitive pricing strategies and proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with prospective dance studios, leveraging market insights and value propositions to maximize value for both parties.
  • Anticipate and address potential objections or concerns raised by clients through data-driven arguments and customized solutions.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and finalize agreements in a timely manner.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to gain insights into market preferences, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Refine sales approaches, messaging, and value propositions based on customer feedback and market insights to better align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and enhancements to sales strategies, processes, and offerings based on feedback and market trends.
  • What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with the dance industry, including knowledge of different dance styles, competitions, and events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, for client meetings and industry events as required.
