Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the senior living or healthcare sectors, and a proven ability to drive occupancy growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to attract and convert prospective residents. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
  • Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with prospective residents, their families, and referral sources. Ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless sales experience.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and occupancy levels. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure alignment between sales and resident services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prepare sales-related documentation, and handle administrative tasks related to the sales process.
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in senior living or healthcare sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
