Job Summary:
The Sales Director is the face of the Club and is responsible for all sales activity within the club. They nurture relationships with existing Members and invite their friends and colleagues to join. In addition, the Director attends activities with Members and their guests to demonstrate pride in belonging. They are also responsible for sourcing and enrolling new Members as well as selling all aspects of events held within the Club, including corporate events, social functions, weddings, and other market segments. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

About You:
Compensation Package: $95k-$100k salary plus commission target. Commissions are uncapped and Performance Bonuses take the total earning potential for this role to $130-$140k; Comprehensive Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision; 401k Retirement Plan; Ongoing Training and Development.
