We are seeking multiple dynamic, people-focused Sales Directors to lead high-performing teams across several YMCAs in Orange County. In this role, you will drive membership growth and sales by building strong relationships, motivating teams, conducting tours, attending events, and developing collaborative strategies. As a leading nonprofit, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone has a place to learn, grow, and thrive.Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior sales management role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that achieve revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
