Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for fintech? Currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join a team and take charge of sales and business development across North America. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global financial institutions and drive growth in the fintech industry.

As a Sales Director, you will:

• Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, driving global enterprise deals with major North American financial institutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships while identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Provide market analysis and use your expertise to accurately forecast sales predictions.
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure sales strategies are aligned with market trends.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, championing a culture of performance and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record of selling global enterprise deals within the financial services sector.
• Experience working with large North American banks and financial institutions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Expertise in market analysis and forecasting, with the ability to identify key trends and shifts in the marketplace.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
