The company provides a cutting-edge business intelligence platform that empowers their clients to improve their decision-making strategies through data-driven insights. As the Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's footprint across the region, driving revenue, and building a world-class sales team.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of 8 Account Executives and 3 SDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive the development of a strong sales pipeline by qualifying opportunities and ensuring consistent follow-up
- Work closely with the team to forecast and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Join live sales calls and assist in closing strategic deals
- Leverage Salesforce for accurate reporting and sales activity management
- Provide critical feedback to marketing and product teams to shape the company's offerings
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor top talent, working closely with HR and external agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored strategies that drive success in the region
- Work with sales enablement and business operations to continuously improve sales performance
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B Sales with a proven track record of closing deals
- 2+ years of leadership experience, managing Account Executives and/or SDRs
- Experience of selling SaaS/subscription based products/services
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM-based sales cycle management
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on team development
- Dedicated work ethic with a passion for achieving results and driving growth
