New business development via client outreach including cold calls, e-mails, follow-ups, meetings and attendance at industry eventsPreparing daily responses and follow-up with prospectsPreparing Presentations and Pitch DeckExcellent Oral and Written skillsAdvising clients (Buyers, Sellers, and Investors) in achieving their investment real estate goals pertaining to valuation, acquisitions and dispositionsPreparing financial analyses of clients' properties, market comparable data and research (Pro-Forma)Researching the local real estate market and staying up-to-date on industry trendsSales and Marketing Activities - exclusive property listings to qualified buyersProspecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionalsNegotiating exclusive buyer and seller agreements, Letter-of-Intents, and various other AgreementsHosting Webinars, and in-person seminarsSocial Media CampaignsParticipating in training and ongoing skills-development workshopsQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
