Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute key account sales and pricing plans to achieve annual operating budgets.Identify and capitalize on current and new customer growth and margin opportunities.Collaborate with R&D to develop outbound innovation plans for selected customers.Partner with Procurement and Manufacturing teams to plan capacity and address supply/demand gaps.Collaborate with Product Strategy Director to develop customer sales presentations.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of sales management and leadership experience.Experience in consumer packaged goods and make-to-order selling.Knowledge of the personal care and contract manufacturing industry preferred.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Results-oriented with a data-driven mindset and strong business acumen.Additional Information
