About the Job

The Sales Enablement Manager will report to the Director of Sales Enablement, and be responsible for empowering our sales teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for sales teams, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members, to accelerate ramp to productivity and ensure ongoing success of sales professionals
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, presentations, case studies and product information sheets
  • Maintain training portal and resource library in Showpad
  • Develop and deliver sales technology and tools training (e.g.Salesforce)
  • Create and schedule training classes while delivering high-quality training in a variety of mediums including virtual webinars and in person instructor-led sessions
  • Evaluate and manage sales tools and technologies, collaborating with sales operations to optimize sales processes and enhance productivity
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to align messaging, strategies, and resources with sales objectives
  • Analyze and report sales performance metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust enablement strategies accordingly
  • Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives, helping them effectively utilize resources and tools
  • Work collaboratively with the Corporate Talent Development team to ensure training program alignment
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales training strategies and programs

Requirements

  • Experience working in the technology industry; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
  • Working knowledge of Showpad preferred
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to deliver training confidently and clearly to a variety of system user groups
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Ability to work on occasional Sunday evenings for APAC onboarding as needed
