Job Description :

The Conference Attendee Sales (CAS) Sales Enablement Specialist will optimize the use and benefits of sales tools and technologies to enhance sales force productivity, drive revenue and ensure ROI. In collaboration with business partners, the Specialist will support the development and/or delivery of tools training and enablement thereby ensuring the CAS sales team achieves their business objectives. The Specialist will also observe/increase adoption levels, identify ongoing training requirements and make recommendations to simplify, professionalize and enhance the user experience. The CAS Sales Enablement Specialist will report to the CAS Sales Enablement Director and work closely with the CAS sales team.

What you will do:

Cultivate strong and mutually respectful relationships across the organization. Partner with Sales Enablement teammates and CAS sales managers and sales reps to understand requirements and ensure sales tool training, sales tools office hours , supporting materials, and Gartner's internal portal (Inside Gartner) are contextualized and aligned to Gartner and CAS strategy and key initiatives.

  • Form collaborative relationships with key business partners including Sales Operations, Transformation Team, Sales Learning and Development, Business Solutions, and Conferences Business Analytics, to ensure training and enablement effectiveness.
  • Support design and delivery of sales tools training and enablement for CAS sales teams (all levels), ensuring sellers, sales managers, and leaders are proficient in using the tools to maximize productivity in their role.
  • Evaluate user adoption and be proactive in providing recommendations for training or functionality enhancements to support optimized usage.
  • Support shaping the development roadmap across Sales Tools to support new releases and associated Sales Tool Office Hours.
  • Initial Areas of Focus:
    • Support the migration from legacy CRM to Salesforce.com (Salesforce).
    • Support the build of training materials (e.g., in-person training, how-to videos and documents, user guides, etc.) for Salesforce launch for existing CAS team and future new joiners.
    • Ensure we are driving ROI on Salesforce
    • Create and maintain new resource materials to support ongoing education and reflect latest iteration of Salesforce
    • Support the release of new functionality rollouts across all tools
  • Manage all assigned programs and projects.
  • Demonstrate effective and timely issue resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Drive results through communication, feedback, and collaboration with Sales and BU partners to ensure successful adoption and success of Sales Tools.
  • Support, or lead, training and enablement on additional sales tools (i.e., Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) as required

What You will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' experience in sales enablement, sales operations or sales training roles, in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in using, enabling and training (virtual and in-person) sales teams on Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM. CRM deployment experience a huge plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft software including Excel, Word, PPT, PowerBI and their application to perform analysis, distribute clear information and deliver effective communication. Camtasia and Pendo experience a plus.
  • Ability to develop credibility with sales managers and supporting BUs to become a trusted advisor and business partner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of roles and titles.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
