Job Description :
Sales Engineer, FaMe jddPurpose and key accountabilities of the position •Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide FaMe shuttering solutions that meet their requirements •Attract and acquire new customers for our company for FaMe shuttering solutions •Promote and sell FaMe Solutions to customers through effective communication, technical presentations, and product demonstrations •Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FaMe solutions to customers •Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize sales and profitability •Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition •Develop and grow FaMe sales, provide new leads to all company solutions within own region•Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential improvements to products and servicesPosition requirements •Bachelor's degree in engineering or sales or related field •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, withing a relevant industry •Solida technical knowledge •Solution sales experience •Excellent communication and negotiation skills•Ability to work independently and as a part of a team •Willingness to travel as needed •Fluent in English skills, fluency in multiple languages is a plus •Knowledge of the precast industry is a major advantage, basics of concrete technology •Experience in working in a multicultural environment #Talroo
