West Texas Abstract is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our title and escrow services throughout Midland and Odessa. Your main focus will be building long-term relationships with clients in the real estate industry by taking a consultative approach that adds value to their business. In this role, you will identify new opportunities while maintaining and growing existing partnerships, helping clients navigate their title and escrow needs with personalized service and industry expertise. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new clients in the real estate industry, including agents, brokers, and lenders, to direct escrow and title business to West Texas Abstract.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customer accounts, ensuring consistent support and satisfaction.
  • Help clients grow their business by offering value-added services through a consultative, solution-focused approach.
  • Research companies, market trends, and real estate transactions to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Leverage West Texas Abstract's technology, marketing materials, and business solutions to attract new customers and showcase our services.
  • Occasionally organize and promote company-sponsored events to enhance visibility and strengthen client relationships.
  • Foster successful partnerships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.
  • Commit to continuous learning and development to stay updated on real estate market trends and client needs.
  • Participate in relevant industry associations to stay connected and informed within the local market.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Two years of experience in title sales, real estate sales, or mortgage sales.
  • Required: Two years of experience in sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using a PC with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use the company's CRM software.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects at once.
  • An existing book of business is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel regularly throughout Midland and Odessa.
