As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team. This role primarily involves conducting in-person client meetings, with a hybrid work model that includes the flexibility of remote work and requires in-office presence once a week. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong client relationships and comfortable navigating both virtual and face-to-face interactions.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our parking equipment and technology solutions to new and existing customers. This role requires an energetic individual with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a keen understanding of the parking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients, including municipalities, property developers, and car park operators, to generate new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our parking equipment, software solutions, and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
Client Meetings:
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients to present product offerings, assess needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives that align with company goals.
Negotiation and Closing:
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify sales opportunities and threats.
Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular forecasts, reports, and updates to management regarding sales performance and pipeline status.
Trade Shows and Events:
Represent the company at industry trade shows and events, showcasing products and engaging with potential customers.
Qualifications:
****Experience from equipment sales, parking solutions, access control, security systems, CCTV, elevators, facility management solutions, energy management systems, or any related industry preferred but not required.
The clients are anyone who has a parking garage so municipalities, commercial buildings, Universities, Colleges - but if you have a good B2B network that's a strong plus.
