We seek an experienced Senior Living Sales / Family Advisor to lead the sales and marketing efforts at our Overlake Terrace Senior & Assisted Living community in Redmond, WA. This is not just another sales role—it's a meaningful opportunity to guide families and seniors through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

You will be key in fostering relationships with prospective residents, families, and community partners while planning impactful marketing initiatives.

Job Description

We call our sales team members Family Advisors because that is truly their role in helping prospective residents and their families understand their options regarding senior living. Our Family Advisors work closely with community partners, referral sources, prospective residents, and their families to help them understand their needs and the best options to meet those needs. This isn't just another sales job; it is a calling to serve and help people make one of the most important decisions in their golden years.

Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Collaborate with prospective residents and their families to identify needs and guide them toward the best senior living options.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and referral sources, identifying new opportunities to expand partnerships.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to sales team members to drive performance and align with company goals.

Marketing:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality marketing events that enhance community engagement, benefit and attracted prospective residents.
  • Leverage creative strategies to promote Overlake Terrace Senior & Assisted Living within the local community.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of senior assisted living sales is required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, business administration, public relations, communications, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record of success
  • Engaging personality
  • A love for seniors
