When we Trumark our homes, it is because they reach every one of these criteria.Overview: The position heavily involves developing negotiation strategies, advising requestors on contract terms and conditions, monitoring cost and scopes to assure compliance, best value, and validate/improve costs, and innovating the supply chain to support growth. In addition, the NPM will work highly collaboratively with all division purchasing and operations team members to ensure national contracts meet appropriate needs of each division/market. The Sales Floater Position by its nature is broad in scope and subject to modification from time to time. The following description is not meant to be restrictive, but to generally outline duties and responsibilities. Objective: As an integral part of the sales team, provide administrative support to Sales Agents, as well as contributing to the common goal of selling homes while providing exceptional customer service to our prospective buyers, current buyers, and homeowners. Requires a strong knowledge base of our product & communities, internal processes, and external processes related to the sales transaction, as well as a basic knowledge of new home construction terms and timelines. This position demands strong clerical and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task. California Real Estate License Required. Responsibilities and essential duties: Models: Open & close models daily between 10:30-5pm or as needed. Turn on/off lights/music, and make sure models look their best. List any items needing attention/repair on the model maintenance report. Be diligent in making sure all windows and doors are locked at day's end and models are alarmed.Greet & Assist Prospects: Practice Basic Training Sales Techniques provided by Management. Assess their needs and provide answers to any questions or concerns they may present. Make clear notes on the back of their survey and follow-up (or have other sales team member follow-up) accordingly.Assist Agents: Maintaining files, answer phones. Data entry into Lasso and Newstar. Keep Brochures and flyers stocked. Keep count of traffic as trained.Daily Traffic Summary: At end of each day, recap traffic/activity and attach in email to the neighborhood sales team.Blog: All communication, written or verbal, that you have with buyer. Keep conversation logs updated.Communication: Make other team members aware of any issues/follow-up/prospects/buyers/etc. Include all team members in emails pertaining to the community/escrows/prospects/etcMLS/Website: May be responsible for inputting and updating listings in MLS and submitting to our marketing team to upload on the Trumark Homes website.
