Responsibilities Sales Consultant:

  • Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's requirements.
  • Showcasing our inventory of Ford vehicles and highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle performance and safety features.
  • Providing accurate pricing and financing information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to secure competitive auto loans and leases for customers.
  • Assisting with trade-ins and appraisals as needed.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintain lasting relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements Sales Consultant:

  • Previous sales experience is required, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Ford vehicles and their features is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to stay up-to-date on Ford products and industry trends.
