Who You Are
Through primarily heavy outbound telephone interaction, the Inside Sales Account Manager will sell within an assigned geography or product offering to new and identified existing valued customers to educate and qualify the right products, solutions or services for their specific needs. Occasionally working with the Technical Account Representatives, technicians, supplier partners, engineers, and other DUMAC resources, the Inside Sales Account Manager is to offer product knowledge and expertise within our product offerings and aim to expand market share and grow our business with new and existing customers.
What You'll Do
* Increase the level of contact through heavy aggressive outbound calling focus within new and existing customers, geographical territories and product offering base while carrying the ability to educate DUMAC total offering and abilities
* Reach assigned quota while maintaining a high level of interaction and responsiveness within territory
* Work with assigned Account Managers to investigate new business opportunities within assigned territory
* Contribute to the Enterprise level Sales in generating and qualifying new opportunities through outbound geographical prospecting
* Increase the reach and scope of sales coverage while focusing on identifying and nurturing opportunities to closure
* Apply an account management program for proactive engagement and upselling opportunities
* Identify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and working with technicians to provide quotes, technical support and data sheets while providing a high level of customer interaction and communication across the entire sales cycle while positioning and growing opportunities
* Manage and sell to new and outlined assigned accounts in assigned targeted geographical territory
* Quote Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure that registered pricing is reflected in all quotes
* Work closely with Marketing to peak interest in third party opportunities; follow up marketing emails for trade shows with calls to specific targets to provide personal invitations and/or schedule meetings with the sales team at the shows
* Collaborate with sales and service teams to review and enhance the client experience with DUMAC to include the participation in the sales meetings
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
* Completes work under moderate supervision
* Generate incremental revenue through up-selling and cross-selling activities
* Contact prospects through, but not limited to, heavy outbound phone calls, email, to communicate opportunities and to extend initiatives with the company
* Daily management of outbound prospecting, engineering engagements, customer opportunity management and qualifications within large accounts, smaller accounts, manufacturers, resellers, and system integrators including lead development, sourcing and outcome
* Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional
* Effectively manage customer relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention while capturing interaction and outbound calling activities within CRM and account engagement tools

* High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business related subject preferred
* 1 or 2 years' experience in a related field; sales, service, and/or customer service field is preferred

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $46,400 - $55,300 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographical location, skills, education, certifications, and experience. The total compensation package may also include other elements in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits (401(k) eligibility, PTO), dependent on the position. If hired, employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department performance, and market factors.
