Sales Lead Responsibilities:
  • Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club.
  • Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
  • Lead the Membership team in driving new members into the gym to attain monthly targets.
  • Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards including club tours and telephone inquiries.
  • Lead the Membership team in setting up all new members with a Crunch One Kick Off.
  • Maintain an atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel welcomed.
  • Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly, and ambitious personality.
  • Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
  • Create and execute a monthly outreach plan for the membership team.
  • Assist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as needed.
  • Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
  • Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Proficient reading and writing skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • High energy and patience required.
  • Flexible work schedule including weekend availability.
