As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and leading a team of sales associates. Duties:
Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and salesmanship.Assist customers with product selection, providing recommendations and answering any questions or concerns.Handle escalated customer issues or complaints, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to ensure adequate stock levels.Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals, promotions, and performance expectations.Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies.Requirements:
Previous experience in retail management or sales leadership role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with customers.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficient in training development and implementation.Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers.Knowledge of retail math principles for analyzing sales data.Familiarity with CRM software or other sales management tools.Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
