Job Description Carrier Enterprise Southeast has an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate looking for a career in Sales/Operations as a Manager Trainee with a leading provider of HVAC products. Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. With our hands-on learning environment, you will be equipped with the guidance and support you will need to excel in multiple facets of our business and become one of our future leaders. Our comprehensive on-the-job Management Trainee Program is designed to give newly hired professionals the skills they need to be successful, including:

• Orientation to Carrier Enterprise's values and culture
• Product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
• On the job training, rotational assignments and job shadowing in various departments including but not limited to: Distribution Centers, Branch Operations, and Inside/Outside Sales.

After successful completion of the Sales Management Trainee Program, you will be offered the opportunity to transition to a sales, operations, or management role in our organization, which may include: Branch Manager, Warehouse Manager, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, or a Functional Role. Our promote from within culture will allow you growth opportunities across multiple business units. This position can be based in Charlotte NC, Raleigh, NC and/or Summerville SC. Requirements We are seeking motivated individuals who possess the following:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, enthusiastic, and have a strong interest in sales or marketing
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced organization
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Prior work experience and/or internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• 4-Year Degree in a business or technical related field
