As a Sales Management Trainee you will complete a defined training program tailored to prepare you for future roles in construction material sales. In addition to sales, the program will expose the candidate to a broad range of functions within the business including operations and numerous other support departments.Heidelberg Materials provides the materials to build our future. Heidelberg Materials North America, previously known as Lehigh Hanson, operates more than 450 locations with approximately 9,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DOStrong focus on the sales side of the business including the sales processes, orders, logistics, billing, etc.Involvement in the operational side of the business including exposure to mining, processing, quality control, and shipping.A solid understanding of the support departments including the functions that they perform and how they support the business. These include CCM, finance, and legal.Complete various projects as assigned during the training program. Projects may be operational, sales or business development related.
