Our client brings nearly 30 years of expertise in the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry industry, primarily serving the East Coast and now expanding to new markets across the U.S.

Position Summary:

Due to significant growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to work closely with the existing sales team and drive further expansion. This in-person role will be based in the New Jersey office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular coaching, hands-on training, and mentorship to the sales team to boost performance and professional growth.
  • Cultivate a positive and supportive work culture.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to expand the sales team, addressing performance issues as needed.
  • Hold daily and weekly accountability meetings with each sales representative.
  • Establish, monitor, and refine KPIs at team and individual levels.
  • Develop strategies to meet company and individual sales goals on an annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
  • Oversee lead management processes, including software utilization for lead assignment and tracking.
  • Optimize sales activity scheduling for maximum productivity.
  • Manage territory coverage and ensure each client is matched with the most suitable sales representative.
  • Set and achieve sales targets for the team, ensuring each deal in the pipeline has a defined Plan of Action (POA).
  • Oversee commission structures, bonuses, and manage sales-related expenses (e.g., car, phone, travel).

  • Deep knowledge of the cabinetry industry, specifically in kitchen and bathroom cabinetry sales.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 4-5 years in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record in team growth and new business development, lead generation, and RFPs.
  • Strong pipeline management and budgeting skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to client needs and issue resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
