Responsibilities include:
- Drive all sales activities in their assigned market and lead and develop the sales team to achieve maximum profitability and growth while providing world-class customer service.
- Ensure Sales Team personnel meet or exceed all activity standards.
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base while developing new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop customer relationships and build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Champion the company's mission and core values while leading effectively and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Partner with HR to recruit, train, and develop new and existing talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent business and leadership experience.
- 5+ years of industrial experience with 2+ years in a leadership role and a proven record of achieving sales targets and developing top sales talent.
