The Samsung Ads business has developed a proprietary ad platform that leverages unique first party TV data to help brands connect to their audience as they explore content across desktop, mobile, tablets and our Connected TVs. The Samsung Ad Platform delivers high-quality audience targeting powered by three key components: first-party audience data at scale, world-class data science, and brand-safe cross-device ad inventory. We are currently looking for a talented Account Executive focused on bringing a cloud based mobile gaming solution designed to drive user acquisition to market. Embedded within our Ad Sales team, our Mobile (MX) Demand sales vertical is focused on monetizing our Owned and Operated properties, handling relationships with major mobile demand side platforms (DSPs), supply side platforms (SSPs), agencies, and brands directly. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mobile advertising, expertise in user acquisition campaigns, and a pulse on new advertising technologies. This individual must be able to think strategically, anticipate how buying decisions are made, uncover the business needs of key clients and have a proven ability to close deals. Additionally, this sales executive will be the consummate team-player and have the ability to work collaboratively across the sales organization within a fluid and fast-paced environment. This individual should have existing experience across performance and user acquisition campaigns and existing relationships with mobile gaming brand direct and agency teams, including key senior level contacts. This account executive must be able to think strategically, anticipate how buying decisions are made, uncover the business needs of key clients, and have a proven ability to drive spend across buy types, with a strong background in UA and mobile gaming. This position will carry an annual revenue goal. This mobile gaming sales position is based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA with domestic US travel as needed. You will report to our Mobile Demand Sales Lead. Responsibilities: Actively drive revenue from mobile gaming advertisers and agencies to Samsung Ads cloud gaming product. Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth for the cloud gaming product. Drive the adoption of the new cloud gaming solution by identifying and engaging with key stakeholders in mobile gaming studios and performance agencies Gather market intelligence from gaming clients and share into the broader cross-functional organization including HQ Mobile Ads teams inclusive of trends and best practices to ensure continued innovation to meet changing marketplace needs (e.g. identity needs, inventory value) Accurately forecast revenue, identify irregularities, and seek out opportunities for growth with competitive insight across assigned book of business Actively communicate any meaningful product updates for Samsung Ads mobile ad products to assigned clients and return feedback to the organization on potential implications to each clients business with Samsung Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy tailored to the mobile gaming sector Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile gaming developers and advertisers Develop a deep technical understanding of the Samsung Ads mobile platform, capabilities, and unique inventory (including Samsung News, Samsung Game Launcher, and our Cloud Gaming offering) Continuously provide value to customers and serve as a trusted consultant to drive mobile advertising growth with Samsung Ads Partner with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign execution. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Required Experience: Deep understanding of the mobile media ecosystem 5+ years of industry or relatable experience with a significant portion spent working at a mobile app publisher, mobile gaming studio, or SSP Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the mobile gaming or user acquisition space. Deep understanding of mobile gaming, user acquisition strategies, and cloud-based gaming platforms. Successful internal and external relationship management Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships. Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through Talent at explaining complex topics in simple terms in person, over the phone or video conference Bachelor's Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus Join the Best We are looking for the best people.
