Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the development and implementation of the hotel's total sales efforts. This role involves securing new accounts, maintaining existing relationships, supervising sales personnel, and executing marketing strategies to maximize hotel profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales Manager, you will drive business growth, cultivate new relationships, and expand market presence while ensuring client satisfaction and promoting the Unscripted Hospitality culture.

What You'll Do?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unscripted Hospitality: Deliver personalized, guest-focused service aligned with our unique hospitality philosophy.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate, group, leisure, and social markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build lasting connections with clients, offering tailored proposals and exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and memorable guest experiences.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve or exceed sales quotas and provide detailed sales reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

About You:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in hotel or hospitality sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred.
  • Skills: Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Creativity and innovation in crafting unique guest experiences.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
