Responsibilities
The Director of Leisure Sales is responsible for leading the leisure sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share across key domestic and international leisure markets. This role will develop and implement sales initiatives, foster relationships with key clients and travel partners, and oversee the performance of the leisure sales team. The Director will play a pivotal role in positioning Fontainebleau Miami Beach as a premier destination for leisure travelers while driving revenue and ensuring the hotel's financial objectives are met.
