Data Axle provides data, applications, and services that help organizations make and save money. Our commitment to accuracy, service, and innovation drive customer acquisition, retention, and product enhancement. We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Partner.

The Sales & Marketing Partner is responsible for generating revenue from prospects and inactive customers through consultative selling, outstanding customer service practices, and for assisting customers with any problems that may occur during the order and delivery process. This position will also assist with growth and expansion revenue for customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls/interactions/chats
  • Build rapport with company provided B2B leads
  • Actively grow new business through outbound initiatives to inactive and current customers
  • Proactively pipeline and provide weekly/monthly pipeline and forecasts.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to offer targeted marketing solutions; provide upsell suggestions.
  • Understand client pain points and handle objections to close the sale.
  • Work proficiently with company sales order entry systems.
  • Utilize CRM to maintain prospect/customer notes and opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Assist team members in growing and retaining customers.
  • Demonstrate company core values.

  • Proven technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Application of closing sales processes
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Quick on feet, efficient, strong time management.
  • Self-initiative and pro-active demeanor.
  • Business, sales, and marketing acumen.
  • Ability to work remote.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and procedures.
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients.
  • Works well under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to prioritize.
  • Education, Experience, and Certification:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • 1 year Inside Sales or Customer Experience, preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excellent MS Excel skills, CRM software management.
