**Hint Water is a brand on FIRE!** One of the fastest-growing brands in its category, Hint is looking for a Sales Merchandiser to help reinforce our expansion in the flavored-water category in the Albany area. This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing brand.

In the Sales Merchandiser Role you will support our Area Sales Managers in all aspects of the sales cycle: developing and maintaining key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and fostering deeper customer relationships. A proactive approach to all aspects of customer service and development is a must!

Salary starts at $42,000+ based on territory and experience. + **Account Relationships:** Working within retailers, your goal will be to establish a good rapport with gatekeepers, individuals such as store managers, and receivers at each account. You'll follow up regularly to ensure Hint is in stock and looking great on the shelf, in coolers, and among displays.

+ **Account Management:** You'll ensure pricing and product are properly displayed. Attention to detail is key! You'll communicate out of stocks, issues, and display opportunities to your local manager.

+ **Promotions & Point of Sale**: A large portion of the role involves building and maintaining displays to drive sales. You'll assist your Sales Managers with creative display builds, rack placements, and additional Point of Sales Materials to support in-store promotions. You will be the last line of defense to ensure our promotional tags are up and the price is correct.

+ **Account Growth:** You'll sell in new flavors and additional SKUs where possible.

+ **Time & Territory Management**: You'll partner with your manager to plan your week around sales activities and regional account needs. No two days will be the same and an ability to re-prioritize often is the key to success in this role. You'll track and monitor progress activities, issues, and changes by consistently using CRM tools Repsly to document update important information, take pictures, and schedule follow-ups.

**WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:**

+ At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred

+ Experience in the CPG industry, Hospitality/ Restaurant industry or Retail Industry preferred

+ You have experience with Sales KPI's and know how to achieve quotas and goals

+ You have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

+ You have strong organization and time management skills

+ Independent & Reliable: You know how to take instruction and run with it to drive results

+ Service-oriented: You love being of service to your team and your customers

+ You live an active and healthy lifestyle and want to help our customers do the same!

+ A reliable vehicle with a reasonably clean driving record is a must***
