Job Type Full-time Description Whitebirch Inc. has an opening for a full time Reservationist/Administrative Assistant in the their Timeshare/Real estate office. We are looking for a person that has an outgoing personality with people and over the phone. Computer knowledge in excel and word is preferred. Previous hotel reservations or admin experience helpful. We offer a great benefits package which consists of medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 7 paid holidays, 401k and great resort discounts.   • Handles a variety of general office duties.
  • Manages filing systems, requisition of supplies and other clerical duties.
  • Communicates directly and effectively with various departments such as the front desk, concierge.
  • Answers incoming calls from guests, etc.
  • Input reservations requests, data entry.
  • Helps timeshare guests with any questions that they may have.
  • Helps address complaints from timeshare guests and resolve conflicts.
  • Must be able to work full-time.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background screening for this position.
