Associate Sales Operations Analyst
The Associate Sales Operations Analyst will work directly with Sales Managers, Sales Operations, and Sales Insights to support our sales teams by providing timely and accurate analytics to help manage the team's selling efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting Sales Managers and their teams with accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and ad hoc reporting.
- Providing timely sales analytics, including pipeline analysis, best practices, pipeline efficiencies, and sales results.
- Identifying problem areas and pain points within sales organizations, collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions and improve processes.
- Analyzing moderate to complex problems by reviewing a variety of factors and providing data-driven insights.
- Working with internal front and back-office departments to resolve open items, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed prior to deal closure.
- Supporting end-of-quarter sales efforts by driving sales orders and approvals through internal processing systems.
- Assisting with deal structuring to ensure optimal value for the company while maximizing quota attainment.
- Sharing knowledge and best practices with other Sales Operations Managers to standardize processes across the sales organization.
- Exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
- Planning and implementing projects for account and territory selection to optimize the sales team for annual planning.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with sales reps and managers to achieve sales goals through analytics and process improvements.
- Work on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires reviewing various factors.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure market analysis data is accurate and actionable.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with financial and project data analysis.
- Strong finance background, including familiarity with budgeting, CapEx, OpEx, depreciation, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
- Expert proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Data modeling and metrics expertise.
- Professional-level PowerPoint skills for executive reporting.
- Experience with reporting systems such as Tableau.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Strong sense of urgency and a can-do attitude.
- Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
Compensation:
Up to $56.70/hr (W2)
