A Senior Manager Talent Acquisition provides vital support to the sales team by managing and optimizing sales processes, maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating sales activities and preparing detailed reports. This role involves coordinating with the in-market sales team and HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Operations manager and the Sales operations team members with daily tasks and current sales initiatives.
- Assisting in the order fulfillment and logistics for Key Accounts.
- Supporting ongoing projects by performing various tasks such as conducting research, compiling data, and preparing materials for internal or external distribution.
- Acting as a point of contact with logistics teams to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of products throughout the state.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems. This includes inputting data, updating information, and ensuring that files are organized and easily accessible.
- Generating and maintaining sales reports, including data on sales performance, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs). This may involve compiling data from various sources and presenting it in a clear and actionable format.
- Supporting inventory management processes by tracking stock levels of merchandise, assisting with inventory counts, and coordinating with HQ Operations Team on needs.
- Assist in coordinating Visual Merchandising projects and initiatives.
- Managing the renewal, application, and closure of sales-related licenses, ensuring timely processing and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in coordinating customer support activities, including managing customer inquiries, reviewing, and auditing customer menus, and routing support tickets to the appropriate teams.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by the supervisor.
Technical Skills & Abilities:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred but not required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.

Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Applicants with relevant experience in a similar role are also encouraged to apply.
- Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.
- Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
- Odoo experience preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
- Ability to get in and out of a vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.
- Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
