As my client scales GTM, we are seeking a Sales Operations Director to join the New York office (Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 working from home). The ideal candidate has ample experience working cross-functionally to support a growing sales organization tactically and strategically from a process and execution standpoint. We seek someone who has scaled an exponential organization (they want to finish at $20M in ARR in 2025, starting from $7M) - someone who has scaled an exponentially growing business and led the doubling of the revenue.
This person enjoys collaborating with others while also driving the adoption of processes and tools to increase sales productivity, provide data analysis, and offer quantitative and data-driven sales insights. You will report to the VP of Sales and work closely with other senior stakeholders in the organization, with a Sales Operations person directly reporting to you from day one.
