You will report to the Director, Tandem Operations and can be located in the United States (remote).Autodesk is hiring a Sales Operations Manager for our Autodesk Tandem Operations team where you will have an impact ondriving operational excellence and efficiency through implementation of strategic initiatives to support the Tandem Sales team. Success in this role will result in reducing Sales team time spent on non-selling activities with enhanced tools and processes, guiding the strategic direction through data insights, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional business partners. You will report to the Director of Operations in this remote position and bring your track record of operational improvements and sales growth. Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations for teams based in AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and engagement requests to assist with qualifying opportunitiesAnalyze, streamline and standardize sales operations processes to drive consistency and scalability through optimization of sales tools (including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) and technology to improve productivityDrive the health and operational efficiency of the sales pipeline, identifying and addressing any operational roadblocks that impact deal progression through the pipelineOptimize workflows to maximize sales productivity and revenue while decreasing time in stage and supporting order processing. Document and socialize best practices to enable the broader teamAssist sales leadership in the development and management of accurate sales forecasts and planning, collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, commission tracking, and reportingPartner with the business analytics team to develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue, providing insights and recommendations to leadership Minimum QualificationsBA/BS in a Business, Technology Management, Marketing, or similar discipline5+ years' sales operations experience with ABM in a technology sales environmentProficient super user or advanced business user in Salesforce and sales execution tools with proven ability to leverage these systems for sales successAdvanced analytical skills, data driven with experience in sales data analysis, forecasting, and reportingExperience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering partnerships internally and externally at varying organizational levelsYou are a well-known collaborator excelling at negotiation and consensus building with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives to drive efficiency and alignment across teamsExceptionally organized, execution-focused, accountable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and drivenExperience with team collaboration technologies such as Airtable, Seismic, Confluence, and Office 365Prior experience on a geographically distributed team#LI-HK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,200 and $223,630. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
