We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Sales Operations Manager to be responsible for managing the sales process and sales CRM system. The Sales Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the business development and internal operations teams to ensure efficiencies throughout the sales cycle including simplifying processes and increasing sales productivity. What a day in the life of a Sales Operations Manager looks like: Working in partnership with the business development team to understand client objectives Becoming well versed in BMC product offerings Engaging with the business development team and management to address prospect/client needs/concerns Oversee data input and structure of Sales CRM system (Salesforce), including corporate data support Managing updates to and enforcing compliance with Salesforce Managing and evaluating data to determine the effectiveness of the sales cycle, products, and forecasting Develop and deliver monthly sales metric reporting to management Develop standard contracts with legal department Work directly with corporate finance and operations group on sold business documentation Maintaining updates to sales library of approved documentation Conducting competitor research and analysis What we expect from qualified candidates: Possess a bachelor's degree A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales operations role is a plus Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in Salesforce CRM administration and support is a plus Possess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills Think strategically Contract experience a plus, but not necessary Maintain excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize Have the ability to handle conflict and problem-solve Exhibit strong leadership qualities Be flexible and independent while working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work extended hours as needed What qualified candidates can expect from us : Along with a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer a fun, positive, team-oriented culture that values our team members and recognizes their hard work!
