About the job Sales RecruiterWe are seeking an energetic Contract Recruiter (6-12 month terms) to join our fun, high-performing Talent Acquisition team! You will support rapid business growth in Operations (think warehouse employees) The Contract Recruiters is responsible for creating recruitment strategies with hiring managers, assisting when needed with the creation of job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, scheduling all candidate interviews and candidate debriefs, extending offers, and initiating background checks while managing multiple requisitions.Primary Functions:Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for current hiring needs, build effective candidate sourcing, assessment, and closing approachesAssist hiring managers with the development of job descriptions, outline job scope, and assess required skills, behaviors, traits, and attributesScreen, interview, submit candidates for review, and schedule candidate interviewsCreate a fantastic candidate experience by maintaining communication with internal and external candidates as well as your hiring managersProvide timely and quality service to hiring manager (clients), timely and comprehensive updates, and push appropriately to manage the process toward resultsUse search engines, user groups, and other creative social networking recruiting tacticsSource and develop passive candidates, gauging fit and motivationQuery and track candidate activity through UKG, including the creation of offers and the start of onboarding effortsManage multiple searches simultaneouslyEducation and Years of Experience:Bachelors Degree2+ years experience in recruiting passive candidates for corporate and/or operational rolesStrong working proficiency with UKG - ATS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online researchInitiative, with a strong sense of urgency and client service mentalityAbility to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environmentOrganized, accurate, and detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsAble to multi-task while meeting deadlinesCollaborative, but able to work independentlyExercises discretionShare Access REACH values Respect.
