Express Employment Professionals is seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a go-getter who understands how to build relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market reach, increasing sales, and strengthening partnerships with distributors and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored cleaning and sanitation solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions as needed.
• Drive sales through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or related field (preferably in industrial, janitorial, or sanitation industries).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and excellent at building relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed.
• Experience working with distributors is a plus.
