This is a 1099 compensation based job. The Patient Care Coordinator Sales Representative is a pivotal role to RxWound and serves as a primary point of contact for potential patients and physicians. This role will focus on establishing, building, and maintaining relationships and ensuring excellent customer service to promote the business in your region. RxWound provides proper medical education to staff, physicians, and patients, and you are required to maintain expert knowledge of our products. You must complete the RxWound Medical Sales Certificate Program before entering the field. This role can make $250,000 annually by establishing 1 new patient weekly.Essential Job Function:Represent RxWound, an independent regional distributor authorized to sell our products, by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons, physicians, healthcare professionals, and patients directly to meet or exceed sales objectives in your region.Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies with both B2B and B2C concepts.Communicate with new and existing patients in a friendly and efficient manner regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs.Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet or exceed your region's objectives.Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses (written, telephone, and face-to-face).Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.Address any problems that arise with patients or partnered healthcare professionals.Promoting and upholding the values of RxWound in all aspects of the job.Maintain training in sales skills, product features and benefits, and other critical business training requirements and applications.Participate and attend in weekly sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.Meet vendor credentialing requirements.Support compliance and principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; act ethically and with integrity; report non-compliance; and adhere to applicable federal, state, an local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and company policies and procedures.Other duties as required.Core Competencies:Being Resilient – Adapt to challenges to maintain high quality care when facing difficult situations.Situational Adaptability - Adapting to change to solve problems and maintain high quality care in real time situations.Communicating Effectively – Clear honest communication to assist with better decision making, team coordination, streamlining operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Customer Focus – Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to deliver high quality care.Drives Results – Staying optimistic and persistent under difficult circumstances to achieve higher results.Instills Trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and credibility.Interpersonal Savvy - Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.Persuading - Using compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:High level knowledge of sales (Medical, Life, Health, and/or Real Estate).Self-motivated, being adaptive and flexible in a changing environment.Understand and can effectively communicate techniques utilized in the medical field.Have a detailed knowledge of our products.Customer service or sales experience, along with medical knowledge preferred.Have excellent written and oral communication skills.Compassion and high level of service for our patients and healthcare professionals.Integrity, always doing the right thing.Attention to detail.Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.Professional manner and appearance always.Telephone skills: Proper telephone etiquette and information gathering skills.Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent Required1-3 Years Relative Experience in SalesIf you are a driven individual with a passion for sales in the medical industry, we would love to hear from you.
