As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales for our trades services. Your primary focus will be on leveraging the capabilities of ServiceTitan CRM to effectively manage and track sales activities, streamline customer interactions, and drive revenue growth. Your sales skills, combined with your knowledge of the trades industry and proficiency in ServiceTitan CRM, will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Utilize ServiceTitan CRM to identify and qualify potential customers in the target market for trades services.
  • Generate leads through various channels, such as ServiceTitan's lead management tools, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Efficiently manage and track leads within ServiceTitan CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up.
  • Consultative Selling And Relationship Building:
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, requirements, and pain points related to trades services.
  • Leverage ServiceTitan CRM to access customer information, history, and preferences, enabling personalized and consultative sales interactions.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations and needs assessments, leveraging ServiceTitan CRM data, to identify suitable solutions and present customized offerings.
  • Sales Presentations And Proposal Development:
  • Utilize ServiceTitan CRM to access customer communication history, allowing for informed and targeted sales presentations.
  • Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our trades services.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes using ServiceTitan CRM's quotation and proposal management features.
  • Sales Closing And Account Management:
  • Leverage ServiceTitan CRM to track sales opportunities, update deal stages, and monitor progress toward sales targets.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas, utilizing ServiceTitan CRM to manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and utilize ServiceTitan CRM's project management features to ensure smooth project handover and delivery to the customer.
  • Sales Performance Tracking And Reporting:
  • Utilize ServiceTitan CRM's reporting and analytics capabilities to track sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and average deal size.
  • Prepare regular sales reports using ServiceTitan CRM data, highlighting achievements, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales management to identify areas for process optimization and leverage ServiceTitan CRM's insights to drive continuous sales performance improvement.
  • Qualifications And Skills
  • Proven experience as a Salesperson in the trades industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience using ServiceTitan CRM or similar CRM platforms for lead management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the trades industry and familiarity with the challenges and requirements of trades services sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions using ServiceTitan CRM analytics.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
