Role Description

This is a flexible, part-time role for a Salesperson at Aire-Master of Central Maryland. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting odor control and scent marketing services, identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals. Some work can be done remotely, providing flexibility for the role.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Account Management skills
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive results
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Reliable, ability to manage time and grow a book of business
• Experience in the hospitality industry (apartments, hotels, senior living) is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Clean driving record and access to your own vehicle (will be reimbursed for mileage)
• Hourly paid for the first three months for hands on training, plus sales commissions
• Base salary + commission based position after training is completed
• Proven interest or previous experience in marketing, sales and business development preferred
