Software proficiency requirement: Must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with event ticketing software preferredUnder the direction of the Winter WonderLights Manager at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia at UGA, this part-time, temporary position will assist with customer service for the garden's winter light show, Winter WonderLights. This position will primarily respond to customer emails, phone calls and use the event ticketing system to assist customers with their booking.A qualified candidate for this position should have a strong background in customer service. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are expected. Flexibility to work weekends and nights is necessary.Respond to customer emails and phone callsAdjust customer bookings in ticketing software
