Our team is currently seeking a full-time Account Representative to join our ranks. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving business development through the sale of a comprehensive range of energy products, including Natural Gas, Electricity, and EV Chargers. Responsibilities include securing new business leads and meeting monthly revenue targets. In today's market, a successful sales representative must possess the ability to engage in value-driven conversations, provide insights, communicate effectively with C-suite executives, navigate complex purchasing processes, and leverage advanced technologies beyond traditional tools like PowerPoint for prospecting, selling, and closing deals. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent 1 year of relevant experience in energy or telecommunications outside sales Applicants must demonstrate a clear understanding of utility and energy sourcing, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and a willingness to embrace change and innovation. Critical thinking, creativity, continuous learning, customer focus, and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential qualities for success in this role. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a culture of accountability are key objectives. Ongoing training and support will be provided to ensure the success of all team members. We are open to considering applications from entry-level sales representatives who embody a proactive, results-driven mindset.
