In this role, you have the opportunity to participate in the building of the American Dream. New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. You can join us as a sales advisor in cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout their home-building journey. Your role in this process is crucial, as you will act as a resource to educate customers and set essential expectations for a successful new home build. Pay Structure & Benefits
  • Annual base salary $40,000 plus commission.
  • Income Earning Potential of $55,000-$70,000.
  • Paid time off- vacation time, paid sick and safe time(PSST), and paid company holidays.

RequirementsNew Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented sales professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!
  • Be able to work onsite during business hours - including weekend days.
  • A real estate license in the state of operation is required after two months of employment.
  • Passion and skill for interacting with customers in large purchase decisions.
  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Reliable transportation is required to facilitate travel throughout your workday.
  • Valid driver's license and current liability insurance are required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional business role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Background checks required.
Responsibilities
  • Complete a 12-month sales training program to master New Home Star's approach and Maronda Homes' building procedures.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Maronda Homes' products, services, and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers through phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure a smooth home buying journey.
  • Manage sales opportunities from lead qualification to deal closing by following our sales process.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage sales activities, and update customer progress.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing materials, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Once licensed, provide exceptional customer service throughout the home building/buying journey.
  • Stay current on industry trends and sales techniques through reading and professional development.
  • Manage the model home during all hours of operation, including weekends, and maintain the appearance of the model home and sales office.
