Job Description :
Seeking a talented Sales Representative to support ongoing business growth by converting marketing leads into customers. Responsibilities include engaging prospective customers and conducting intake assessments, collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service throughout the client's project, and meeting sales quotas.The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can work with minimal direction, and has the interpersonal skills, professional presence, and technical abilities to help close deals. Responsibilities include:
  • Engage with customers to build rapport and assist in determining needs, budget, and project timeline.
  • Contact leads to identify qualified customers, conducting sales calls and product/service presentations to drive sales opportunities and following up with customers on outstanding estimates to close deals.
  • Manage and convert office-generated leads into successful sales, ensuring timely follow up and client engagement.
  • Present proposals to clients with clear explanations, addressing any concerns while highlighting the benefits and value of the company's services.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project, providing updates on project status, timelines, costs, and material selections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring seamless project coordination and addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently to support business growth.
  • Promote products and services to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a related role with ability to manage leads through proactive sales methods and self-directed initiative and proven success closing deals, and achieving favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Skilled at quickly building rapport and developing trust with clients.
  • Ability to assess complex issues and provide solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong team player who can prioritize tasks effectively and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service and successful project outcomes.
  • Polished, professional, and able to present services and proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Ability to adjust to changing client demands or project scope with a solution-focused approach while managing client concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
