Job Description: Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative with a background in maintenance to join our client s team. This unique role blends technical knowledge, sales and working in the field with crews, making it ideal for a professional who understands the operational challenges of maintenance and can communicate the value of our products and services to clients and members of your team.Sales Representative Shift: Monday-Friday with travel throughout Nevada.Sales Representative Pay: $34-37/hr DOEKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.Leverage your maintenance experience to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions.Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs.Provide technical insights and support during client consultations, bridging the gap between product features and practical applications.Work with crews in the field.Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Qualifications:Experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.Background in maintenance.Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as needed.Preferred Skills:Experience in industrial conveyors.Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints.Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.What We Offer:Vehicle.Phone.401K.Health benefits.Paid time off.Years of Experience Required: At Least 1 Year Expected Travel Time: More than 50%.
