Working with BradyPLUS' CRM, Sales Representative will follow up on leads, identify key markets, and use BradyPLUS' Sales Process to grow the division. Responsibilities include prospect and qualify new leads, develop key relationships and identify and resolve customer concerns. Requirements:
- Sales experience in related industries preferred, including Industrial Packaging,Food Service, Jan San, and Healthcare. Experience from an operational background inthese industries will also be considered.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical professionals and senior executives.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships in cross-functional teams and withcustomers.
- Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and propose solutions thatexceed customer expectations and increase the company's economic value.
- Strong business acumen, customer focus, and the ability to prioritize in anambiguous environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and aptitude for using common software.
- Attention to detail, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Target new, profitable accounts in the Northeastern Pennsylvania area to regularlyincrease business.
- Retain the current customer base and work to generate additional profitablebusiness.
- Follow up, communicate, and prioritize in a professional manner both internally andexternally.
- Develop an understanding of EcoIndustrial and Brady Plus product offerings,services, resources, etc., and present them to potential and existing customers to meettheir needs.
- Perform all aspects of the position as assigned.
