Sales Representative - Kanak Scapes : Job Details

Kanak Exports, manufacturers and distributors of high-quality, sustainable products, including high-pressure laminates, panels, and case goods is growing! We are seeking an experienced and driven Business-to-Business Salesperson to join our dynamic team and help expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.
• Identify potential business opportunities and create a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• A proven track record of success in business-to-business sales in the office furniture, millwork, construction, or architectural industry is a MUST.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
